Why Become a Host?

How to Become a Regional RGMC® Host

  1. REGISTER YOUR EVENT: Once we receive your registration, you will be sent the Hosting Materials folder, which includes the annual Hosting Manual.
  2. CHOOSE VENUE: Determine how many teams can fit in your venue.
  3. CHOOSE CONTEST DATE: All Regional Contests MUST happen between February 1, 2026, and May 3, 2026, to allow teams to participate at the RGMC World Championship on May 16, 2026.

Please read the Hosting Manual thoroughly so that you can adequately prepare for your event.
